I have planned a 30 day challenge for every month of 2017. I even found a 28 day challenge for February. HA! I am also going to start lifting weights again and will do at least 40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week all year long. And then there's that whole eating better thing.3

Today and tomorrow. Football. (Go Bucks!)
For 2017?
I gotta drop 30 more pounds by July 21 for a weigh in.
No excuses, no NSVs, no room for fluctuations or water weight.
"Weigh this much, or go home."
I Wanna go back to Philmont!3 -

I plan to watch football....I'll probably get on my bike trainer for a couple of hours while I watch, but that's nothing new to 2017.
I have many plans for 2017, but I'm not too concerned with the 1st day...most of my objectives involve fitness milestones and bucket list stuff that will simply take place throughout the year.1 -
My plans are to stay in bed getting over this vicious flu. Happy new year to all
On a more positive note, as soon as I'm well I plan to spend as much time as I can manage outside walking and hiking, (and cycling as soon as my injury allows). All things I love and just don't make a priority. Hope you all have a wonderful 2017!1 -
I plan to enjoy the 1st(sunday) as a rest day- but my plans for 2017 are to : move my body 4/5 days per week- 45min each day- do some weight training- very basic(toning) and eat healthier(for me). Hopefully will continue to lose some weight0

I will not be working out the first day of the new year. My gym is stupid busy that day, it would probably take 3 hours to do a typical 45 minute workout due to waiting for machines.0
-
I plan to relax and watch TV after chores and a moderate workout. Nothing new. Just happy to see another year.0
-
Planning to get up at 5 am to work out on the first day of the new year. That is as long as I can convince my kid that she doesn't really want to stay up til midnight to watch the ball drop.0
-
Tomorrow: Write down everything I want to accomplish for the new year then enjoy the first workout
For 2017: Commit to Kayla Itsines' Bikini Body Guide program, also find some mental peace with my body0 -
A minimum of five workout days per week, which is what I did all this year, too.
I will work out tomorrow.0 -
2017: to reach my goal weight of 130. Sunday Jan 1- to go for my 45 min power walk and do food prep. Then repeat a bunch of times after that to get to goal.0
-
I need surgery in 2017 to correct the curves in my spine. My goal for 2017 is to end at the same weight I started, because I know I'm in for a world of hurt and temporary immobility.0
-
Complete a Spartan Super and Tough Mudder. Also, to deadlift and squat at least 200 lbs.0
-
Today (first day of January), my husband and I cycled 101.9 kilometres.
Tomorrow we'll cycling again, I hope. And we'll keep on cycling, and walking, and being active for the rest of the year ... like we did in 2016.0 -
Ive just sign up to mines goal. The 90 day sssplan. Ive always wanted to try it out. So happy to have signes up today and im back to keep track aswell0

Lament how this is a mandatory holiday and nothing's opened, not even Tim's. Watch speedruns and try to find a movie that will play beyond the first 7 minutes.
For the rest of the year: 1) don't gain weight 2) stress over not being able to eat what I want in amounts I want.
