    It wasn't fatty food, it was eating too much.

    You eat too much of anything and you'll get fat.

    Eating at a calorie surplus caused you to gain weight, not one macro in particular.

    I know what did what to me. Let's be real we are all on this for a reason. Wether we comfort ate or foodies. All in the same boat.
