    Hello all. I am Tony. I have been working with keto since March of this year. I lost 29 pounds. But in the past 3 months I have not been able to stick to it at all. I really am addicted to carbohydrates. I have re-gained 10 of those pounds. Today is my first day attempting to get back on track. This way of eating is really easy, but for some reason I get bored and fall off the wagon.
