I am a full time student and work as well. I find it really hard to find time to go to the gym and well the UK weather is bad enough that I don't like going for runs much. Any suggestions for things i can do at home? like YouTube videos or such. or types of workouts ie belly dancing, zumba and such. Any tip is appreciated

Hello. There are plenty of Jillian Michaels videos on YouTube. She also has a new app coming out today at jillianMichaels.com for $3 wich I am considering purchasing.

Hi! I can recommend her channel. I've been using her videos for the past 18 months and I still find something new to do. I've lost and toned too. Give it a go. You won't be disappointed!

I get dvds from my library. Turbo Jam, rockin'body, The Firm, Denise Austin, Jillian Michaels....So many to choose from. I also like Kendall Hogan and exercise tv on YouTube. Pop Sugar has a lot of different things to try as well as beFit channel.
