I lift 6x a week at home. Looking for a group of people that would like to connect and set challenges of any kind. Do 100 push-ups before the end of the day, hold plank for 2+ mins. Bench press your weight by the end of the month, etc. who's with me?!

I just started resistance training at home... Pretty sure I couldn't handle 100 push-ups a day yet... I'm REALLY sore. Good luck, though. Happy New Year.2

I am also starting resistance training. Been a long time out of shape but it's all about to change. Got a cool app for different exercise if your interested.0 -
