    Hey guys, I had heart surgery yesterday and am doing well. My energy level should go up and so exercising should be much more fun. So far since Jan 5 I have lost 3 pounds!

    she has 2 teenagers. works full time and is a full time student!
    she is a great role model as a person that knows how to take control of their lives.
