Hi Y'all and Happy 2017! I'm having trouble getting in my fiber and protein and still staying at my calorie limitation. Any suggestions? Thanks!

For fiber - whole foods - veggies, fruits, grains, beans, legumes, flaxseed or chia seed

For protein - meat, dairy, eggs, beans, legumes
My breakfast starts with Greek yogurt, raspberries & Fiber One cereal, and nuts for healthy fats....kind of a yogurt parfait.0 -
I missed chocolate so I added a fiber one brownie every so often. I get dessert, only 90 calories & 5 g of fiber.0

Greek Yogurt, eggs, light string cheese...That's where I'd start. One of my nutritionists told me if I focus on the protein, the fats/carbs will take care of themselves, and she was pretty much right.
As for getting in fiber - I like the chocolite protein bars from www.healthsmartfoods.com. They have about 10-ish grams of both protein and fiber, are sugar free/gluten free, and have about 120 calories. 1-2 of those/day has helped immensely get the fiber in.0
