Yep! Starting today! Low carb/body coach type thing hopefully a lifestyle change rather than a diet. Low carb really helped my diabetes back in the second half of 2015 but last year was a bit of an up and down one for staying healthy so starting again today!1

Me too. I'm hoping to change my lifestyle and keep my diabetes under control by diet and exercise. I find the routine of calculating and recording is the only way to achieve this.0 -
