I started 2 weeks ago when diagnosed with PCOS, with the plan of 1lb a week. The two weeks before New Year's I lost 2lbs, so I'm on track to continue with 52 in 52.

Christmas morning 2016. Weighed in at 288.6. I'm 63 years old, 6'-1" tall and still working full time. I have a "LapBand" to help me but I need to put more of an effort into doing my part. I'm working my way into this mentally and will start full speed ahead on 1/1/17. Weight loss doesn't get any easier EVER, but I've done this before and I'm determined not to fail in 2017.
I have a lap band too...I have not been using mine as a tool and listening to my body. I'm excited to do this challenge with all of you.1 -

I am in. The last time I was faithful to myfitnesspal I lost 35 pounds, but when I stopped logging I gained it all back and then some. With two foot surgeries in 2016, and no exercising, I need this.
