Hi all.. Count me in !
Starting weight: 104 kg = 228lbs.
Goal weight: 65 kg = 145lbs.
Current weight: 102 kg = 225lbs.
Total weight lost: 1kg. (Since December 2016)
This week's successes: none
This week's challenges: 1- Not to Over eat. 2- lose 2lbs. 3- Exercise Daily.

This week's successes: After many many months of not being in the gym, I'm finally going back and getting into a routine. Freeing myself from the "Cardio Only" mindset was the hardest thing. Weightlifting is amazing.

Spent last 2 years sorting out my thyroid meds (went on NDT (Natural Desiccated Thyroid) and T3) and in November I went off HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy for menopause). So now my thyroid seems good, menopause is mostly behind me and I am ready to shed these 25 pounds I was gifted in this process.

Every Day: Track calories AND go to the gym or for a walk!4 -

to listen to my stomach to tell me when I'm hungry... not my brain or my eyes.
to sneak in exercise while I'm giving the house a tornado tidy--- marching while folding the laundry
Dancing while cleaning up the kitchen
To walk the dog around the block 3 times each day.
