I'm in. I'll be using the treadmill so my goal is to walk 240 miles by April 1,2017.

Hey All,
My goal for January is 10-15k steps a day. I have a fitbit which I love that helps me achieve this goal.
This week had a rough 24hrs as I had a stomach bug
JANUARY 1ST - 10,124
JANUARY 2ND - 6,447
JANUARY 3RD - 10,568
Anyone want to be accountability buddies add me . I am a ripe old 34 for one more day lol and a robust 220lbs

1/3 Walked 12979 steps.
I do not have a fitbit so use the GPS on my iphone, which is not ideal as it only counts the steps when I have the phone on me. I am strongly considering getting a fitbit.0 -
All night I tossed and turned (going to an interview today) about whether or not I was going to get out and walk with how needy my kids have been.. I got up finally an hour late, snuck out, walked briskly for 20 minutes. Now I'm sitting in front of a fan cooling off and everyone is still sleeping. Goal was small but seemed out of my reach today. But I got it and I feel so much better!4

I was really focussed before xmas... but need to 'step' back up to it.
