So proud of my 52/52 friends! Remember to not overdo it your first week...work within your abilities. Find exercise that's fun! I like to look up dance exercise on YouTube and find my inner dancer. Make modifications if you have knee issues... just have fun and remember... you're in a non judgement zone....and we're doing this together. You're not alone.

Don't need to lose 52lbs, but I do need to lose 38, and my goal is 10/1 --39weeks-- so close enough!
