What is the guidance calories burnt for this excercise? I see other LesMills workouts but not this one. Any advice?

  It is on there but it's under the cardio section - were you looking for it under strength?

  Yeah, search Les Mills under cardio and all the classes will be there for you.

  I have found it is much more effective to use a tdee calculator or bb's calorie calculator when using their programs.
