I don't know about DVDs, but Rodney Yee is a pretty well known name in yoga. If you can do websites/youtube, yogawithadrienne.com and doyogawithme.com are both good.1

I like the Element brand of DVDs.....I have a few that I've had good luck with. Here are websites that have video clips & reviews

Depending on your size - you might try MegaYoga, Expanding into Fullness, Just My Size, or HeavyWeight Yoga. Check your local library too. That way you can test drive the DVD before buying it.0

Another vote for Rodney Yee and seeing what your library system has available.*
* Nothing with Advanced, Power, etc. in the title.0 -
Youtube is full of yoga I searched beginner yoga for neck and back pain and so may came up.0

Google "Do Yoga With Me". It's a (mostly) free site with a whole variety of styles, levels and duration of classes by many different instructors. It might be a good place for you to start. I stumbled across this site just after purchasing a series of DVDs and MUCH prefer the site. Good luck!0

Another vote for Yoga with Adriene (but note the correct website is http://yogawithadriene.com/ ie Adriene with one N).
ETA: also try the YouTube channel directly to cut to the chase: https://m.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene/videos1 -
