Looking for someone who is seriously interested in losing weight age group 35 to 45. I am currently trying to get back to having home cooked meals. Vegetarian diet however you can have any diet.

Hi Yolanda. I'd be happy to join you. I'm going to be 40 this year and I want to lose 20 pounds by my birthday. I started a new job last year and the transition was pretty stressful -- I ate really bad and hardly exercised. I'm ramping up the exercise, but I'd love to cook more. I was veg for 5+ years but recently started eating meat again for health reasons.
Meal planning and sticking to it is challenging for me. I just started to plan for the rest of the week so I can grocery shop tomorrow.0
