Is over doing macro's like carbs, fat, sugar or others can destroy your weight maintenance? I just ask coz i overdo my carbs intake this day, is it gonna be worse or it will just do nothing. Thanks

As others have said, keeping within your calorie allowance is the main thing.

You could theoretically consume 100% of your daily calories from carbs without it effecting weight maintenance. Eventually that would wreck your body, but you would still weigh the same.

As long as you are within your calorie allowance the carb percentage doesn't matter that much. However I do feel fuller and more satisfied overall if I eat the recommended amount of protein each day (or most days).

Macronutrients matter a lot less than calories. Hit your calorie goal as a priority.

I usually eat more grams of protien than carbs, it keeps me satieted. I have been vegetarian snd even vegan and eaten nearly all my food in those which are considered 'carbs', but actually even grain, legumes, seeds, nuts, veg and fruit have protien.

Its well to choose foods from all food groups and vary the foods you eat. This gives more possibility of getting anything your body needs.

Again, it's all about cals. You can set your own macronutrients on here and base it on what works for you.
Wait, is your goal to gain or maintain? I saw you in the gaining forums.. or are you worried about gaining.

One day of extra carbs won't affect anything, unless you do it everyday. Then it could affect your energy and quite possible it is affecting your calorie intake as well.

Macros don't really have anything to do with weight management...calories do.
