Walk/Jogging

Dose stopping for a second mess with the calorie you burn. I use S Health for my walks and jogging, I had to stop for a few seconds and it stop counting my steps and calories.

it shouldn't mess up the calorie burn, but of course it will stop counting your steps if you're not moving.0

I just stopped to tie my shoes and i don't look until i am done I usually get my 15000 steps but when i look it only showed i did 8000 steps1
