    Today I am feeling my knees but I am determined to work through the pain. Anyone else have those days?

    I have torn meniscus' in both my knees and a wonky ACL in the left. I feel ya bud, just dont push too hard through it or you could end up really injuring yourself.

    I feel the knee pain! I had to have an arthroscopy done on one of my knees before after trying to work thru the pain for several weeks. Please take it slow and be careful. I am only doing about 30 mins of walking at 3 mph daily with no incline. I am noticing just a tinge of pain after the first week, so I might even back off to 2.8 mph if I have to.

    Thank you to everyone who replied. I have been pushing myself really hard this week despite the pain. Hopefully I will get stronger.
