Limited hip/pelvic ability

Long story short, my two pregnancies destroyed by hips and pelvis. Nearly any physical activity involving my legs has had to be drastically limited. Yes, even walking. While I fight with my insurance to cover PT, I'd like to find some exercises that I can do at home. I'm tired of feeling so sedentary.

I'm looking for a routine I can do that will help with my core and upper body without further exasperating my injury. What are your ideas?

Most upper body & core exercises would not exacerbate your hip issues. Search on youtube. You should be able to do about anything for upper body and core, and if it bothers you, don't do it.
Chest press, overhead press, deltoid raises, bent over rows, crunches, planks, pushups, have you tried these?
Can you do a little walking and build up gradually? Getting an elliptical might be worth considering because it is no-impact.

I don't really know how much walking or standing you can do... I have some issues myself and looked up two or three exercises, that I can do while sitting in the wheelchair. If I have good days I also walk and do leg exercises, have a little pedal thing that I can use for arms and legs while sitting. It really helps me... i certainly love to share the exercises with you if you are interested?
