    Day - 10 lost a little and after putting some in grit at the gym I'm starting to feel a difference in my energy and motivation. Goal is to lose 20 lbs daily cals 1200 50% protein 25% complex carbs 25% veggies - work out every day in some capacity from walking to circuit training to high intensity cardio-want to find my muscles I seem to have lost them somewhere lol

    My Goal is to get to 164 in the end but I am doing this in baby steps. My first big goal date for 20 pounds is March 26 so this group really appealed to me. I will weigh in every Sunday. I also found it helpful to set rewards for myself. So the first reward for me is new workout gear from lululemon with a yoga mat and yoga towel. Wish me luck! It's going to be a long journey but completely worth it. I am blogging this on another site too. I will share the entire journey later for those needing motivation or encouragement. Anything is possible!

    Another good day in the books ate well, worked out stayed within my calories - feeling more energetic as my body is getting use to better habits! Hope everyone is feeling good and motivated keep it up!

    I am a bit of a late starter but...Yes! I would love to do this! I am getting married on 18 March and I have been struggling with my weight for a long time. I am a size 16 (AU) at the moment and my wedding dress is a size 14 (AU). I have started PT sessions three times a week and my partner is being very supportive as well.

    I can lose a dress size in two months...right?

    I just found this today and would love to join! I think I'll weigh in weekly prob on Fridays. This year I hope to get to a final weight of 150-160. From there I'll see how much more I'd like to lose. I need motivation and a group with date set and a goal is what I need! Good luck to you all!
