Hi all my name is Paula I'm 52 last year I lost 36lbs it took me 18 weeks I got down to 9st 7lb I'm 5ft 3 I've since decided to lose another 8lbs I don't know I miss healthy eating and exercise never thought I would be saying that lol anyway I do exercise every day I think this is key to weight loss so good luck everyone on your healthy journeys and nice to meet you all x

    Hello Paula and well done. We are never too old to learn to love exercise, so much better than all the fad diets. I've been with MFP for 4 years and up until recently managed to keep the 41 lbs off that I had lost.......unfortunately I am now slipping and putting it back on......I need to get my mojo back x x
