Day 2: I've killed my food scale and had an estimated 800 cal lunch.

This is obviously going swell. I obviously need some accountability buddies.

Weight loss is a product of averages. If you go over your goal one day it won't kill you. Log it and move on. Also check your numbers and if you are at the max loss rate maybe move it to something smaller. I'd log for a couple weeks and then make small adjustments (instead of that king size reece's maybe go with a regular size one.)

The first couple of weeks I used as an eye opener. It just showed me exactly how much I ate and where I could make changes

Keep at it and deffo get new scales if you need to

Hmmm... Interesting. I wonder how you COULD set a small goat? Not on the food scale though. Maybe in the BBQ pit...

Hmm..a lunch got big, make the other meals small? It's what I do.
Also I can't tell if you really broke the scale or not...if so buy a new one, I'll get a new one cos mine only shows 10,20,30 etc not in betweens!

    Best of luck!

I broke the scale. I dropped it in my filled sink, and it drowned. Was hoping I could dry it out, but crossing my fingers. If still broken, I will get new one.

try throwing it in some rice to absorb moisture
