Picking heavy things up doesn't make you gain weight. It'll just help your weight loss come more from fat and less from muscle. To gain weight you would have to eat more than you burn.

Calorie deficit is for weight loss. Exercise is for physical health. As long you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. And strength training is amazing. As long as you aren't hurting yourself doing it.

Your question isn't clear. You can't outrun a bad diet. Exercise is great but if you're not losing weight then you need to look closer at your diet.

Hahahahaha no I've lost weight due changing my ways of eating. But I was worried about not lossing more weight and SCARED of just getting big due to my more strength training and less cardio workouts.

Women don't get big from weight lifting, they get toned.

Whats gonna happen is you will build some minimal muscle in a calorie deficit, but these taper off. What you are left with is maintaining your muscle mass while continuing to eat in a calorie deficit to lose weight. You do want to make sure you are getting ample protein while in a calorie deficit.

Cardio can help you a wee bit with calorie burning yes, but this should primarily be used for cardiovascular health and of course if you have specific cardio goals (i.e. running, biking etc.).

It very hard for a woman to build muscle in the first place, so getting bulkay is not gonna happen unless you purposefully set out to bulk and even then this taken a while to achieve.
