Keen to join you guys, my 25th birthday is in March so this is ideal for me. My ultimate I have to be at my goal weight date is June 9th as this is my graduation ball weekend and I want to look and feel incredible!
Sticking to a healthy 1100-1400 calorie intake, exercise 3-4 times per week and stay focused. I started on Wednesday, I'll weigh in Sunday to keep in line with you guys but I'm not expecting to have lost anything in just 5 days. Aiming to lose 1lb a week on average.

So I'm super tired & sore today. I've been doing LC all week with strength training for 45 minutes and 30 minutes of cardio (walk/jog) for 5 days. It's now my 2 rest days and I just need to stay motivated to eat well and start up again Monday. Good Heath Everyone!

My goal is to loose 20lb by March, I'm really motivated and looking forward to getting back to my goal weight and fitness of 140lb. 2 years ago I lost over 60lbs using this app, but over the last 9 months 20lbs crept back on2

I must say it was hard giving up my junk food but I feel better and more energized for it. Plus, it helps that I had a loss this week (mostly water weight) but a loss!

Baby it's cold outside it's a whopping 8 degrees here in the Nati but I'm still heading out for my planned 6 mile run then back in for some quick strength training. Wish me luck! Keep up the dedication everyone we will be so happy when we drop the extra weight! ❄️❄️7
