Count me in! I love going for walks! Starting my journey all over again. Been walking 2 a miles a day so far for the first of the glorious year!3

Do to cold front moving in maybe snow flurries tonight plus destrubbing news at the drs appointment I didn't go to the gym so only walked 30 mins. only2825 steps today.0

I bought a Fitbit Charge 2 & know that my steps will be counted accurately now.1 -

63,636 is great!
How did I do 125,000? I have a fitbit that tracks every single step I take which is really motivating. I also use my treadmill everyday and take the dog for long walks whenever it is not too cold. I'm also retired so have a lot of time on my hands and every time I think of food, I jump on the treadmill..... and I think of food a lot4 -
I was looking for this kind if group in December. Guess I was too early. I'll post my goals and my mtd when I get to my desktop.2
