Hello everyone,
My aim is to loose 10 pounds by feb 10th.
ENY one can join this challenge.
It is not a protein or carb diet.
Goal is loosing pounds.
Weekly once I am going to check my weight.
My current weight 208.

I am in too! My current weight is 195 , Heaviest I have ever been my whole life! My goal is 2 LBS a week but if it were more I wouldn't be too upset1

Today was hard!!!! Pizza is my weakness I take care of children and for lunch we had pizza. I stayed strong but because of you guys!!!! Weigh in tomorrow and I really want to see a lower number. Thanks for the help!!!4
