If I'm being lazy, a bit of vinegar, any kind. If I want to take a few minutes, grated carrot and onion and some dried herbs like tarragon or dill or whatever.

Hey MFP Hivemind! I've only ever made tuna with mayo, but I'm looking for healthy alternatives. Anyone make theirs with something other then mayo?

I just posted a meal that has 2 cans of tuna in it, duffy9876 is my Instagram

For a sandwich, mustard and mayo.

As a side or main dish or standalone snack. Siracha or Pace make it interesting

Have recently taken a liking to frying up Tuna Patties over tuna salads.

I mix mine with hummus sometimes.

    Dijon mustard is also good!

I buy the new Brunswick ones that are ready to eat (spicy thai, sundries tomatoes etc) that way I only add onions, peppers (hot and sweet).

I love mayo, especially home made (made with avocado oil), so I definitely love tuna with mayo salt and pepper. If I am low on calories, I will sub half the mayo for fat free Greek yogurt.

I use avocado, and I also chop up wasabi peas for a little crunch. It's awesome!!
