Day 4, 2 minutes knee tap and 45 second knee tap done. All I can say is, Wow. Time goes by faster when you're moving, but it was a killer.2

Jan 4th: 3 X 45sec per side straight arm plank done. Transitions tough.

High side planks done day 4. I've never done knee tap planks so I'm looking forward to tomorrow.2

I only read this thread yesterday so I am behind. This morning 3x45 sec low plank done.
It was hard... but I am optimistic I can take it one day at the time.

Realized I mixed up day 4 and 5. Did day 4 yesterday. Was only able to complete 2 45 second sets and 1 30 second set. Some is better than none.3

Joining late so on day 2, side planks. It was actually easier then normal planks... or maybe having my fav music on made the time go quicker?3

Just completed
day 5 knee taps 3x45secs,
day 6 shoulder taps 3x45 and
day 7 up and downs 3x60secs for Jan 5th 6th and 7th.
Woof!! Played catch up as did not want to miss it out.
Knee taps surprisingly worked quads and gluts so well. The 60secs on ups and downs were working fabulously on abs.

Did first one, broken up into, 15 sec intervals, in horrible shape, don't want to hurt myself will go slow, but keep checking in each day, I'll get there:) happy, healthy planking Sunday to all!3

Jan 8th- nailing the basics. The video on instructions were helpful. Agree this is neat challenge. It's a toughy!

And man on man what a workout. These push ups and the specific instructions of how to do it certainly pin point these muscle. It's was TOUGH but I did it!! Yes!!!
