Hi
I have been using app for 5 weeks now and love to read the stories.
I am using a home made smoothie in morning and midday and a normal meal in the evening
Not going over 1500 cal a day lost 10 Kg so far with little exercise just walking and badminton once a week for an hour

    Yeah body doesn't easily give away the last few pounds. U can try some HIIT or keto or low carb diet... weight training also helps.
