If you really want to do it, you will. We'll encourage where we can. Why wait 'til Monday, though? Go for a walk tomorrow? Do some jumping jacks? A couple of press ups. ALL movement helps! Above all, count those cals! Fat loss begins with with a calorie deficit... do some research into fat loss and muscle gains/maintenance.

The first step can take you on amazing and enlightening journeys if you choose to look. Good luck!

I can't say anything to really motivate you but if you change your lifestyle I promise you will physically feel a million times better. I know I do. I feel super energized and more positive, even though I'm not at my goal weight yet.

"I have to gain some inspiration and courage to return to the gym and I start on Monday at the YMCA I'm starting with swimming treadmill rowing and light weights."

Have you ever heard: "More weight is lost in the kitchen than the gym," ?

Start with tracking what you eat and set a daily limit. Good luck!
