    Today was hard!!!! Pizza is my weakness I take care of children and for lunch we had pizza. I stayed strong but because of you guys!!!! Weigh in tomorrow and I really want to see a lower number. Thanks for the help!!!

    Drink a lot of water.
    Find an alternative to sweets... Fruit, Greek yogurt.
    Get in more veggies
    Stay away from a lot of bread, pasta, and sugar.
    Cut out soda as much as possible.

    I can give tips all day, it's the sticking to it that's difficult.
    I'm so bad at it!!
