    I'm a lifter, just for fun and fitness, most my friends seem to be runners. They seem to be logging in frequently but my lifting buddies don't log in as often.
    Wondering if most lifters only log in while on a cut?

    Hi! I do a combo of kettlebells and running. I find the weights help me with endurance/stamina in my running. I'm looking to start lifting properly to get leaner (lost quite a bit of weight but want to get better muscle tone).
