7 Jan - 16229 steps - 11/4 kms in friggin' cold weather!
8 Jan - barely 20 minutes walking - lazy day!

63,636 is great!
How did I do 125,000? I have a fitbit that tracks every single step I take which is really motivating. I also use my treadmill everyday and take the dog for long walks whenever it is not too cold. I'm also retired so have a lot of time on my hands and every time I think of food, I jump on the treadmill..... and I think of food a lot4 -
I was looking for this kind if group in December. Guess I was too early. I'll post my goals and my mtd when I get to my desktop.2

Awesome job guys! we have gotten some crazy rain here in NorCal that has prevented us from getting out of the house, no so much that we don't want, more because there are a lot of people putting up and fixing power lines, rockslides, so more for our safety! I can't wait to get out and about though! I have started the #21DayYoga program with Wanderlust instead, and will be working on my yoga techniques. I have found finding some relaxing and stress relief pairs up quite nicely with the rain. I hope everyone is well, and be safe and the weather is making your enjoyable walks difficult or unsafe..maybe readjust some short term goals!0

hi everyone had a great day our weather today is spring like fixing to start rain so think goodness I'm a member of
a gym. Today I walked for 35 minutes and 60 minutes of water aerobics. 2532 steps3 -
