Is there a way to get rid of the water in your muscles from a new work out or do you gotta just wait it out?

Not really a higher weight its just not moving:p.. i know i know trust the process:p the scale weight at this point IS important too me along with being fit. I let myself go to 270 pounds and its discouraging. I have crazy amount of muscle memory tho. Im not 100% starting from the bottom. I know this will prob make it easier to get it all back but does this help at all as far as recovery time aswell?0

The best you can do is just drink 64 or more ounces of water each day. When your body agrees with your brain to release water, it will.0
