I'm pretty fabulous even though I'm way too fat! LOL! But now it's getting to be uncomfortable. So baby steps, I'm just going to start tracking my food here. I don't really know how many carbs and protiens I'm supposed to eat in a day. I also want super simple meal recipes. So if you have info please share! Thanks, Gina

It's calories for weight loss. Macros (protein, fat & carbs) help you stay full, fuel fitness goals, or are for health reasons.
Skinny Taste & Cooking Light have great light recipes. Batch cook on the weekends and stash servings in the freezer for lunch.1 -
