looking to lose 15-20 lbs

Hi everyone, I am attempting to shed 15-20 lbs and am having a heck of a time doing so, the last time I lost weight was in my early 30's and my 40 something year metabolism is not having it! I look forward to connecting and supporting you as well.

    I just turned 53, play tennis 3-4 times a week and I just can not budge in losing any more weight. Would like to lose about 15-20 as well. Started this back up to see if I can watch what all I am eating because I am sure that is the issue. Love to eat!!

    I'm 54 and have packed on the pounds since a year ago. I don't feel as if I'm eating THAT much more.

    You are right. It is not as easy as it used to be. Older you get the harder it is to lose.

    Ding ding...same here. I'm 48, I do Taekwondo 2-3 days a week and I do a heck of a lot of walking. Now if I can only be a little more vigilant with my intake. (sigh) I'm a work in progress.
