Any home health providers, how do you eat?

Hi,
I just joined and find that nutrition is my biggest obstacle. Does anyone have any good ideas for eating out of your car and on the run?

That's easy enough with a cooler bag and some ice packs. Just think easy (and not messy) to eat.
Sandwiches
apples, bananas, cut up veggies
nuts, trail mix, jerky
yogurt, cottage cheese, string cheese, (ice packs!)
Protein or granola bars
If you'll be able to park and eat something quick you can put something warm in a thermos. Or throw salad in a Tupperware.

When I did home care I used a cooler lunch bag that I put an ice pack in and would throw in some yogurt, string cheese, fruit, hard boiled eggs. I also had almonds and an energy bar of some sort in my car as well. It's more snacky than actual meals.0
