Hi All

Happy new year! Myfitnesspal helped me kickstart my health and fitness journey two years ago. I've not kept up with it for the past year, but now I'm back and looking for some more motivational friends to help me along the way! I already have a few wonderful friends, but I'd love to have a few more as I find the encouragement everyone gives each other helps you go that extra mile! As well as being fit and healthy I also love wine, carbs and cheese, so sometimes find willpower a little difficult! Looking forward to meeting you all and sharing this journey! X

    Hi Lucy! I'm also looking for some motivational friends. I just joined myfitnesspal for the first time and so far I love all the possibilities. I'm somewhat following a ketogenic diet and hoping to lose about 35lbs. I'm also from the UK but have been living in Toronto, Canada for the past 7 years.
