Hi guys,
first of all, thanks for all the support. I only joined MFP last night and already there are a ton of people cheering me on. Every time I visit someone's profile I see something I can relate to, and it's a good feeling to actually see that I'm not alone.
anyway, I've been using Leslie Sansone's Walking Away the Pounds DVDs and I love them
yeah they're a little repetitive, but I feel the burn everytime
anyway, I was wondering if any of you knew of a similar aerobics/cardio work out program. I would need something that is low impact. I just want something else that way I can switch up my work outs.

well if you live near a pool you could always go and water aerobics. swimming in general burns lots of calories in general and excercising in the water is pretty low impact0

Do you have access to a pool? Water aerobics work very well for me. I've never been much on watching DVD's and much rather do classes.

There are actually two pools here at my apartment complex and I'm DYING to use them, but apparently maintenance doesn't want to clean them up
you're right though, swimming is a wonderful workout0
