Started program last night (Monday night) so my weekly weigh in numbers will reflect that number starting this week.

That gives us 3 whole months to work with. Typically habits are formed in 12 weeks so this time will give us a fighting chance for making healthy lifestyle choices and enforcing it with a downward trend on the scale and measuring tape!2 -

Hi raypackers! Thanks for starting this challenge.
In response to your question, if the challenge could go until March 31 instead of the 1st it would be preferable in my opinion. I probably won't reach the 20 pound goal regardless (realistically I should be aiming at a 1 pound per week loss at the weight I am at) but it sure would be great to get as close as possible by March 31. Those four extra weeks in this challenge would sure help ☺.1
