I'm doing T25.. and I'm so fat I can got grab my leg from behind and stretch it.. (I use to be able to only last year but the extra 2 stone I have put on has really started to effect just how I move... I have to get my husband to pass me my leg so I can grab it.
Anyone else so fat that it effects them physically like this?

That's less a fat thing and more a flexibility thing, I believe. But I started Taekwondo at 254lbs (5'4) and remember the first time I could grab my leg when I bent it up behind me. I can't remember what weight I'd got to by then, but I remember I was thrilled.2

Hmm ok then.. thanks I thought I was still quite flexible as I have to stretch quite far to feel it.. but maybe it's that muscle that needs a bit more work.0
