    Hello, I'd like to try this! I need support and motivation. Perhaps writing down my numbers every week will help. Thanks for starting this challenge, raypackers. I hope I'm not too late. I did take my weight down this past Sunday, so I will start with that.

    31st is great for me! I'm feeling very positive, think this time might actually be the one I reach my goal at last! I've been so close before but never stick at it, but I'm excited this is the one!

    I'm doing really well with food and I'm loving my new gym, been twice in 3 days and I'm going again today. I'm away visiting a friend this weekend so no chance to gym and sticking in my calorie goals is likely not to happen, so I'm hoping to just make healthy choices where possible but still enjoy myself :smile:
