I'm getting some dumbells and barbell weights.. and I'm just wondering if I could get a full body workout with this.. I can not get to the gym as im a full time mum and my husband working shift rota and coming home at different times.
I live in a small house so can not really fit much more into the house I have already have a treadmill that I squeeze in and out and do home cardio workouts but know I need to do resistance training.. could someone list as many workouts I can do with dumbells and a bar bell to hit as many muscles as possible please. Xx

Yes, you can do a full body program with dumbbells and weights. I'd suggest looking at a few programs to figure out which would work with the equipment before you buy the equipment. That way you can prioritize your purchases.
Here are a few full body programs:
* A Workout Routine (beginner) - http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/the-beginner-weight-training-workout-routine/
* All Pro's - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843
* Fierce 5 (note that there are several variations from beginner to advanced, 3-5 day, plus a dumbbell program) - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=162916931&p=1266578971&viewfull=1#post1266578971
* Full body dumbbell routine (note: women and men can use the same rep range, if you want to go low do it, if you want to go high do it. I promise that neither will make you gain or lose a Y chromosome.) - https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-home-or-gym-fullbody-workout.html
* NROLFW - http://www.thenewrulesoflifting.com/nrol-for-women
* Strong Curves - http://bretcontreras.com/wp-content/uploads/Strong-Curves-Workout-Templates.pdf

Oh, I just put that comment in there for people who are worried about that. I have a bunch of programs listed in my profile and I copied and pasted it here0
