Hi I'm new to fitness pal and I'm hoping that I will stick to the new changes in my diet. It's hard when your hungry and on the road and there's a mcdonalds on every corner. Lol, the hard part is avoiding the temptation and ensuring to always finding new ways to eat healthy. I wish you the best of luck on your journey. Please keep me posted on your success.1

You can do this, just stick with it, don't give up and you won't need to start again. I have been on here for over three years, plateaued for 10 months but I've got to keep at it or I will undo all my hard work. I know you can do this, go get what you want for yourself. Any question just message. Good luck
