Define "Healthy" beyond the painfully obvious "Not currently in a diseased state". Healthy is not a metric.

Enter your information into the goal setter here. Log your calories carefully weighing all solids and using measuring cups/spoons for all liquids meeting the calorie goal you are given. In 3-4 weeks look to see what your results are like. If you are losing weight, keep going. If you are staying the same, reduce your calories by about 250 and re-evaluate in 3-4 weeks.
