Just because some people like to have fun and joke around does not mean they are not serious about their health. There are two fun forums.. several serious forums listed above those two. I frequent those ones as well and have lost over 100 lbs but didn't lose my sense of humor.5

Define "Healthy" beyond the painfully obvious "Not currently in a diseased state". Healthy is not a metric.1 -

So you think that getting healthy is just about eating "clean" and some exercise? You do realize that some of the best athletes in the world eat junk food? That health is more than about eating and exercise? Enter your information into the goal setter here. Log your calories carefully weighing all solids and using measuring cups/spoons for all liquids meeting the calorie goal you are given. In 3-4 weeks look to see what your results are like. If you are losing weight, keep going. If you are staying the same, reduce your calories by about 250 and re-evaluate in 3-4 weeks.
