Grenade fat burners

Has anybody used these or something similar . Do they work on conjuction with a calorie deficit and 3 runs per week?

    mmmh, they've been on the market for too long and haven't been banned by the FDA. Therefore I must conclude that they do not work. Every "magic bullet" is illegal or on its way to becoming banned.
