Hello, I'm Toni and I'm 51 years of age. I'm so glad there is a place for us. There is a wonderful program on www.bodybuilding.com called Transformed; it tells you how to eat and workout and it's free. The program is basically having a personal trainer for free. Amazing!!!3

Hello again all, well the birthday weekend begins tomorrow, so going to be watching everything I eat and drink but perhaps not logging it all ! Going to be 50 on Monday and to be honest I cannot wait as been looking forwards to it for a while now, adding a more distinguished age to my greying hair is just about right, all I got to do now is sort out the spread and I am going to be one hot silver fox... well perhaps slightly warm one anyway lol2

I'm 43 so I guess I'm middle aged except I want to out live my grandma who was 103 when she died so not quite there yet!
I love my age, I'm in as good of shape as I have been for ages, I was an athlete growing up so I'll never be that but in my chosen sport I am as good as I was ability wise. I figure skate, curl, run when it's nice and keep active as much as I can. Life is pretty awesome!4 -

Hello New Friends! 47 here...people tell me I look 30's and I am proud to say "Nope, nearly 50!!" Looking to tone up and keep the fitness going. Logging my foods are tough and everyone tells me it's not enough, but it works for me so don't stress about my diary.1
