I'm back at it and just like you, I'm also looking for more MFP friends that can keep me motivated and on track. I'm going to add you and hope we can encourage each other to reach our goals.

    I need the same. Anyone can add me. I'm getting into tracking my calorie intake and excersizing here and there. Want to lose some weight but mostly get my resting heart rate a little lower. So cardio and more protien and water for me. Would love some company along the way.

    I'm also facing challenges getting to the gym from depression and anxiety so I'd love to share ideas on how to better overcome that. And I have a large dog too! I keep reminding myself that my being healthier is good for her and having her means that I'm always getting at least a couple hours of activity, even if it's just a walk. Now I also want to focus on rebuilding my own fitness.
