Better how? They both contain comparable amounts of calories, protein, fat and carbs per serving. Personally, I eat both. It just depends on my mood.4

Peanut butter is safe to have in the house. The same cannot be said of almond butter.0

Like both but prefer almond. Also enjoy cashew butter. Better for you? Depends on how much you eat, plus if there is any added sugar or salt (unnecessary for my tastes).0

The sunflower seed butter truly is the best. I have a hard time finding it, though.1 -

They are both dangerous for me to be around. Particularly raw almond butter. Pure crack.2

Currently, I have peanut butter, cashew butter and sunflower butter in the house. I alternate between cashew and almond. I always have peanut and sunflower. Variety is the spice of life.3

Trader Joe's Sunflower Nut butter for the win! cashew nut butter is tasty too..1 -
Pistachio butter. I found it once at a farmer's market, and now I make it myself. Just toss pistachios in the food processor.1
